MICHIGAN FANS -- when was the last time a three year starter at quarterback for the Wolverines went undrafted?  Look that stat up.  You’ll need it in April.

MY BELOVED HAWKEYES -- ooooooh this is gonna be a long year.  Once again, loyal Iowa fans will agonize every week of the year.  Hair will turn prematurely gray.  Follicles will dry up completely.  Alcoholism will increase … even more.

There are 124 FBS teams this year.  They include:  Idaho, Georgia State, Texas State, UT San Antonio, South Alabama, and Iowa State.  Is it really necessary for an FBS school to play Savannah State, Jacksonville State, or Murray State?   Is it really more of a tune-up to score 80 on an FCS team than to score 60 on a Sun Belt team?  I have absolutely no respect for a FBS team that plays an FCS opponent.  None.  Yes, that includes you, IOWA, who plays Missouri State next year.  Get it together.
